SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Your order is dispatched within three working days from the time you successfully place one. Orders placed over Indian public holidays and weekends are taken up from the next working day. Mostly, you shall receive your order within a week of having placed one. There may be delays faced due to the Covid-19 situation from zone to zone, as per government and state regulations at the time of order transit.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We ship via Indian courier services to all Indian addresses. Shipping is INR ₹ 100 for purchases amounting to below INR ₹ 1800 and free thereafter. Tracking numbers are provided with your shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We rely on India Post for our international shipping to the rest of the world. The service we use is EMS India Post which provides a tracking number and can be tracked in most countries that also use the EMS postal standard. Shipping is INR ₹ 2000 for this service and your package should arrive within 15 days of leaving India in most cases. A cheaper non trackable option is also available via India Post. In our experience, the successful receipt percentage for this service falls below 100% and transit time is not assured. Though we would like to keep International shipping costs lower, we would rather have you receive your product in a certain period of time and without any complaints.
If you would like to request an expedited courier service such as FEDEX or UPS, please intimate us before placing your order and we can inform you of the specific shipping charge to your destination.
